Vaibhav Gupta brings 10+ years of experience in skill development and education in the social impact sector and 7+ years of experience in consulting with top-tier corporations. 

As a Senior Engagement Manager – Education Collaboratives at Sattva, Vaibhav manages the Life Skills Collaborative project and handles a team of 4-5 individuals.

Before joining Sattva, he worked at consulting firm KPMG as Manager, IGS – Social. Over the course of his career journey in the social impact sector, he has worked in the large-scale donor supported programs across the skill development and education domain. He has been instrumental in providing program management support to various Ministries under Government of India, state governments under DFID, ADB and WB funded Projects and global foundations under Life Skills Collaborative (LSC) program.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s in Fashion Technology Degree from the National Institute of Fashion technology, Delhi. He has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). In 2020 Vaibhav secured a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from National law University, Delhi.
