Saloni Gupta brings 14 years of holistic work experience in the social impact space working across social enterprises and micro-finance institutions. She has gained hands-on experience in  strategy consulting, business planning, financial transformation, and impact analysis.

As the Regional Head (West) – Corporate Advisory at Sattva, her role involves influencing and enhancing the impact path for corporates through CSR. She leads the delivery for West and the overall business unit.

Before joining Sattva, Saloni was the Head, Programs for Idobro Impact Solutions.  She has also led incubation of several small-medium enterprises across India. Saloni has spent time working with Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited expanding their microfinance network to 10 divisions across 4 states by ramping up sales of low cost products in rural areas by 30%. Her professional journey has evolved from creating impact to designing pathways and now to influencing stakeholders to facilitate business mergers.

Saloni holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Mount Carmel College, Ohio. In 2019 she earned an MBA in Rural Management from School of Rural Management, Bhubaneshwar.
