Richa Shivhare brings 12 years of experience working with the IT, development and the environment sector.
As the Senior Engagement Manager – Impact Measurement and Advisory at Sattva, she supports corporates and civil society organisations by co-creating rigorous monitoring systems and generating robust evidence through assessment and evaluations. In her role she leads delivery of impact assessment and monitoring and evaluation studies, builds and nurtures relationships with clients and generates business for the organisation.
Before joining Sattva, Richa was the Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the British High Commission in India. She has also worked with civil society organisations such as Centre for Environment Education and Indo Global Social Service Society, consulting firms such as Sutra and donor agencies such as Department of International Development and UK Aid.
Richa holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering Degree, Computer Science from CMRIT. She also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment and Development Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management.
She received scholarship from 3ie to attend an in-person course on ‘Impact Evaluation for Evidence Based Policy in Development’ from University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. Richa was also nominated by the Department for International Development (UK Aid) to attend a course on ‘Essentials of Policy Development’ from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore.
