Minu Sagar brings 14+ years of work experience across the corporate and social sector.

As Senior Engagement Manager at Sattva, Minu is responsible for driving non-profit engagement and capacity-building through knowledge sharing of key information from the ecosystem and events. She works closely with a core team to set up a platform, define the strategy and business plan for capacity-building of small and medium nonprofits at scale. Minu’s role also involves identifying and establishing partnerships to facilitate the same.

Before joining Sattva, Minu worked with the Coconut Development Board (CDB) as a consultant and was involved with Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) to build their capacity, provide training, facilitate market linkages, monitor and evaluate their progress. She started her career in the corporate sector with multinational corporations like IBM and SAP.

She has a Bachelors in Technology from College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA).

Sattva gives her a platform to make meaningful contributions towards the impact ecosystem while also focusing on her personal growth and learning. She is passionate about Sattva’s vision of building the capability of small and medium NGOs and is committed to take it forward.
