Ambika Jugran comes with 12+ years of experience across roles spanning business research to strategy, and has managed stakeholders across the ecosystem.

As an Associate Principal for Impact Measurement and Advisory at Sattva, she manages a sub-business unit that focuses on measuring impact and creating monitoring and evaluation frameworks for corporates and non-profits. As a lead, she is responsible for business growth, project delivery, client management, and overall governance. Ambika is also involved in designing the study, analysing data, and leveraging insights from the ground to influence CSR strategy across sectors.

Prior to Sattva, she worked on portfolio strategy and fundraising efforts of social enterprises at Social Alpha. Before that, Ambika spent a significant time at Dasra building capacity of NGO leaders and measuring its translative impact on the performance of the organisation.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Technology Degree in Information Technology. Ambika also has an MBA in Finance from Alliance Business School. In 2018 she completed an executive education certification course in Social Impact Strategy from CSIS, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
