OUR APPROACH
Sattva’s Strategic Approach for the revamp of the Education Portfolio
- Conducted an in-depth analysis to identify core needs, challenges, and gaps within the educational landscape, this included identifying three critical issues – limited access to resources, information, and skills—that hinder students’ successful transition through school, college, and into the workforce.
- By leveraging landscape research, peer benchmarking, and expert consultation Sattva developed a PAN India full-stack model for the company’s education portfolio, backed by a five-year roadmap. This approach spans individual to ecosystem levels, offering a blend of resource access, skill-building, and systemic support.
