Our client is a prominent Indian watch and jewelry manufacturer.
Leveraging its design expertise, the company introduced the Design Impact Movement (DI Movement), creating an ecosystem where designers, innovators, and entrepreneurs collaborate to tackle social issues affecting underprivileged communities and the environment.
OUR APPROACH
Sattva’s Strategic Approach for the Design Impact Movement:
- Identified gaps in the social design ecosystem and developed tailored value offerings to address these needs.
- Supported the onboarding of relevant partners and facilitated strategic outreach activities.
- Designed the tech platform’s user flows and wireframes and managed the platform, ensuring regular maintenance and effective partner governance.
- Executed the flagship awards programme, tracking the impact of awarded startups over 18-24 months.
OUTCOMES and IMPACT
- The DIM platform has garnered over 16,300 user sign ups, over 3000 project submissions resulting in 57 startups being recognised for their innovative contributions–over the last financial year (FY 23-24)
- Through thoughtfully curated masterclasses, opportunity statements, and a robust support network, this initiative empowers students in design, engineering, and architecture to apply their skills to address social needs.
