Kriti Gupta is an Economist with 10 years of experience working in the financial and impact sector.
As the Senior Engagement Manager – Impact Measurement and Advisory at Sattva, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring programmes achieve their intended outcomes and maximise their impact. Her responsibilities involve designing comprehensive monitoring frameworks, conducting rigorous evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation.
Before joining Sattva, Kriti was a part of the Social and Economic Empowerment team at IPE Global Limited and undertook assignments such as Evaluation of the Centrally Sponsored Schemes under the MoRD funded by NITI Aayog and UNICEF’s Evaluation of a Maternal Cash Transfer Programme in Cambodia and Myanmar. She also was a part of the implementation of a BMGF funded Randomised Control Trial aimed at anaemia reduction in Odisha. Kriti’s UNICEF evaluations were among the highest rated evaluations as per the GEROS rating system and the Maternal and Child Cash Transfer evaluation in Cambodia received the IFAD award for transformational change under the category of credibility.
Kriti holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.A (hons) Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
